Do you handle the clean and the inventory together?

Yes. Lynch handles both the end of tenancy clean and the check-in and check-out inventory, so you are not coordinating a separate cleaner and clerk. If a cleaning issue shows up at the check-out, it is ours to put right.

What if there is a problem with the clean?

Our cleans are checked to the same standard an inventory clerk inspects to. If anything is flagged, whether by you, your landlord or the check-out, we will put it right, and we aim to be back within one working day.

Are you agency approved?

Yes. Lynch is agency approved and works with London letting agents including Foxtons, Hamptons and John D Wood.
