Your bookings and your reports live in two places. Here's which one you need.
My Bookings
Book, pay, check availability, send access details, or accept a quote.
Go to My Bookings →My Bookings shows the jobs booked under your own account. If your agent or landlord arranged this visit, it sits under their login rather than yours. Check your booking confirmation email first, and if you still need something, email us and tell us what it is.
My Reports
View, download or comment on your check-in, check-out and cleaning reports.
Go to My Reports →If you booked the job, your reports are all here under the email you booked with. If somebody else booked it and sent you a report to look at, open it from the link they sent you. That link is what connects the report to your account, so signing up separately will not bring it in.
